HOW TO USE- QUICK INSTRUCTIONS

*There are many ways to use the Thrift&Lift Exercise Playing Cards including workouts, games, and activities. Here are 2 simple ways to use the cards to burn fat and stay in shape. 
SHUFFLE

Make exercising fun and convenient! Shuffle the deck and enjoy hundreds of workout combinations. (Perform each exercise for 10, 15, or 20 reps, until you complete the amount of time you have to workout. )

INSTRUCTIONS
- Choose Your Workout
- Choose Your Repetition Mode
- Choose Your Round Mode
- Draw 6 Cards and complete workout accordingly.
CHART
FB= Full Body
UB= Upper Body
LB= Lower Body
Core= Middle Body (abs, obliques, lower back)
Plyometrics= Cardiovascular Training; Plyo

LB BLAST-​6 LB cards

UB BLAST- ​6 UB cards

UB BLEND- ​4 UB cards + (Choose 2 others) (Preferably, your target areas.)

CORE BLAST- ​6 Core cards

See your body progress while pushing yourself to each level. After choosing your

workout and modes, compete against yourself while climbing the Level Ladder.

LV 1​-Easy reps + Easy rounds = 180 reps

LV 2​-Easy reps + Medium rounds= 240 reps

LV 3​-Easy reps + Hard rounds = 300 reps

LV 4​-Easy reps + Athlete rounds = 360 reps

LV 5​-Medium reps + Easy rounds= 270 reps

LV 6​-Medium reps + Medium rounds= 360 reps

LV 7​-Medium reps + Hard rounds= 450 reps

LV 8​-Medium reps + Athlete rounds= 540 reps

LV 9​-Hard reps + Easy rounds= 360 reps

LV 10​-Hard reps + Medium rounds= 480 reps

LV 11​-Hard reps + Hard rounds= 600 reps

LV 12​- Hard reps + Athlete rounds= 720 reps

LV 13​-Athlete reps + Easy rounds= 450 reps

LV 14​-Athlete reps + Medium rounds= 600 reps

LV 15​-Athlete reps + Hard rounds= 750 reps

Thrift&Lift’s ​1000 CLUB- The Ultimate Challenge​- After completing LV 16-(900

reps), Put all 15 plyometrics cards together and shuffle. Draw 4 and complete 25

reps of each exercise to complete 1000 reps in total. Welcome to the ​Thrift&Lift’s
